  • Service Delivery: We strive to deliver services promptly. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to various factors, including updates on Social Media Platforms, technical issues, or high demand.

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the longevity or stability of the engagement provided. Social Media Platforms frequently update their algorithms and policies, which may affect the services purchased. We are not responsible for any decrease in followers, likes, views, or other engagement after the service has been delivered.

  • Account Safety: While we aim to provide services safely, using any third-party service to influence social media metrics carries inherent risks. You use our services at your own risk. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Social Media Platforms against your accounts (e.g., suspension, deletion, reduction in reach) as a result of using our services.

  • Order Accuracy: It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including correct links and usernames. Incorrect information may lead to non-delivery or delivery to the wrong target, for which no refunds will be issued.

  • No Concurrent Orders: Do not place multiple orders for the same link/target concurrently from ATOZSMMPANEL or any other SMM panel. This can cause issues with order tracking and delivery, and we will not be responsible for any problems or non-delivery in such cases.

  • Chargebacks/Disputes: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment made to ATOZSMMPANEL will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all services and funds. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any losses incurred due to fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Refund Policy

  • General: All sales are final. Funds added to your ATOZSMMPANEL account are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reversed.

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If an order is not delivered within the specified timeframe (or a reasonable extended period due to unforeseen circumstances) and we are unable to complete it, you may request a refund to your ATOZSMMPANEL account balance. No refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Incorrect Order Information: No refunds will be issued for orders placed with incorrect links, usernames, or other erroneous information provided by the user. It is your responsibility to verify all details before placing an order.

  • Partial Completion: In cases where an order is partially completed, a refund for the undelivered portion may be issued to your ATOZSMMPANEL account balance.

  • Service Drops: We do not offer refunds or refills for drops in engagement (e.g., followers, likes) that occur after the service has been marked as completed. Social Media Platforms frequently update their policies, and we cannot control these external factors.

  • Account Suspension/Deletion: No refunds will be issued if your social media account is suspended or deleted by the Social Media Platform after using our services.

  • Policy Changes: This refund policy may be updated from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your deposit will govern that deposit.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. FURTHER, ATOZSMMPANEL DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO SUCH MATERIALS OR ON ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ATOZSMMPANEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS ON ATOZSMMPANEL'S WEBSITE, EVEN IF ATOZSMMPANEL OR A ATOZSMMPANEL AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
